HeartCore Life Coaching is a unique methodology that is anchored around three areas.
The Inner Critic
We all have an inner critic. A voice inside of us that tells us we aren’t good enough, smart enough or attractive enough. Everyone’s inner critic is custom-made to the individual person.
Initially developed to keep us safe as an evolutionary mechanism, the inner critic can exert its power and voice in other areas of our being - usually the life-affirming spheres of our existence – and limit us in seeking a more fulfilled and abundant life.
My life coaching methodology uses a variety of tools to help you understand your inner critic. Ultimately, limiting its range & power of you so that a space opens up for life-affirming beliefs and choices.
This strategy will support you in understanding the true voice inside that is cheering you on & guiding you to the direction of your heart.
Authentic Self
Are you living the life you always dreamed of when you were a kid or did you settle somewhere down the road to the life that’s just ‘good enough?’ A lot of us have 'played it safe' and quieted that voice that once told us to go for it. It's a tough pill to swallow and can get in the way of truly living a fulfilled life.
In our coaching partnership we will uncover your most authentic self and as that true voice starts to speak, it will become easier for you to honour and value that part of you.
